BOWIE HOUSE FIRE

At 1756 hrs Company 37 along with surrounding companies were alerted for a house fire at 15404 Jennings Lane in Company 43s area. Upon their arrival Engine 372 found that the first arriving companies had began to attack the fire. The crew pulled a 2 attack line and went to work on the second floor knocking the fire in the attic. A Task Force alarm sounded that was returned shortly after they arrived. After extensive overhaul Engine 372 returned to service in just over an hour. While this incident was taking place several other were also taking place in the county such as water rescues and several other fires due to the severe weather in the area. This caused units from DCFD Calvert Charles and Howard Counties to respond on runs.
